A short policy, because the site collects little.
What is collected
Our server keeps ordinary web logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser and referring page — which are used to keep the site working and to see which entries are read. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer it and to record any correction it prompted. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If a basic, aggregate analytics measure is in use, it is configured to avoid profiling individual readers.
Sharing
Nothing is sold, rented or traded. Data is disclosed only where the law requires it.
Your choices
You may block cookies in your browser and use the site normally. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to editor@elvarisik.com and we will act on the request.
