What we can help with

Useful enquiries include corrections to an entry, notice that a property has closed, changed name or been substantially rebuilt, suggestions of a hotel that fits one of the four categories, and questions about how this index is put together.

What we cannot help with

We cannot help with reservations. Elvarisik does not take bookings, hold inventory, act as an agent, or pass enquiries to hotels — for any of that, contact the property directly. Messages about an existing reservation cannot be answered.

Replies are written by a small editorial team and are not immediate. Corrections are prioritised over everything else; please include the page and, where you can, a way for us to check the point.

Unsolicited offers of paid placement, sponsored entries or link exchanges are declined without reply.
